Go to http://www.cpanel.net/docs/whm/index.html to view the documentation for Web Host Manager (WHM), which is your reseller control panel.

How long will it take for my private name servers to work after I register them?

Please allow 24-48 hours for them to start working. It’s basically the same as changing a site’s DNS. The name servers need this time to propagate. The time of propagation depends on your ISP and a few other factors that are generally beyond both AGM Web Hosting and your control.

Where do I go to login to the sites I create?

You would simply go to http://www.sitesdomain.com/cpanel or http://www.sitesdomain.com:2082/.
